Our love of hospitality has always been rooted in exceptional food, meaningful moments and the details that make an occasion special. From intimate gatherings to milestone celebrations, we create experiences that reflect your vision and feel true to the occasion.
Local & seasonal menus, carefully considered and tailored to your preferences, sit at the heart of what we do. With a personal approach to every event, we bring your ideas to life while managing the planning, coordination and service from beginning to end.
Every occasion has its own character. We bring a fresh perspective, care and a sense of ease to every celebration.
Tommy Collins catered our private event for 30 guests. No detail was unconsidered. The staff were incredibly attentive and the whole experience was a joy. We will always use Tommy Collins for our events!
