When my baby! When my baby smiles at me I go to RIO!

Was the theme that echoed across the grounds of the Portsea Polo this year as once again Tommy Collins teamed with Amuk to construct the Carnival De Rio super site. Set in a tacky resort style bar, guests were treated to a delicious plethora of South American inspired pickings, accompanied by a refreshing cocktail menu served out of coconuts & pineapples. The party launched into full swing with a line up of DJs to entertain the partygoers as they enjoyed all the glitz & glamour of the Polo Final.
